Basic Steps

1. Contact Ronald Kaine of Rockatech Multimedia Publishing. You can use the form on this page, the website feedback form, send an email, or call him on the phone: 724-234-4888.
2. If you are near Columbia, Maryland, Ronald would like to meet you in person to discuss the details of your new website. This way, you can trust Ronald as a real person with a real face. If you prefer, you can communicate everything through email and the telephone. An initial meeting usually takes between 30 minutes and an hour.
3. Information about your new website will be collected.  
   This can be done on paper, in person, by email (Word Document), or online.
4. You will be asked about Website Design Preferences. This can be done on paper, in person, by email (Word Document), or online.
5. A Letter of Agreement will be signed by you and Rockatech. This can be done on paper, by email, or online (Online Letter of Agreement Approval coming soon).
6. Development of your new website will start when a payment of at least 50% is received.
7. A prototype of your new website will be built on Rockatech.com/ YourName for you to review.
8. The final website design must be approved by you before it is published.
9. Your new website will be published to your new domain (www.YourName.com). This marks the completion of the initial website development. At this time, a payment of the  remaining 50% is due.
10. Additional customization to your website can be done any time, as requested. A service fee of $75 per hour will be charged.
